100 Day Challenge:Day 4

Today went  by so fast!  Here is the workout and all that fun!

Workout:

20 jumping jacks

33 crunches

50 bicycles

36 Russian Twists with 5lb weights

33 crunches

15 reverse crunches

34 crunches

30 calf raises with 5lb weights

20 overhead presses with 5lb weights

30 squats

10 jumping jacks

Stretching

I have realized I hate jumping jacks…..More tomorrow!
