Some of you may know, in July I threw a 60th birthday party for my parents! It was a long process, but it turned out wonderful!
After looking at a million different color schemes, I decided to go with peacock color scheme and I was so happy I did. There are so many color schemes that scream wedding, and this one works well for just a party. I held it Quail Hollow State Park, and if anyone is looking for a location, this is a great place. The people there are super helpful, and the rooms are beautiful. It worked perfect for out event. Here are some pictures!
I had a ton of help from my friends. A great girlfriend of mine, Jayne Warren, hand-made the invitations and the place cards. Jim Trout helped me pick out the wine. A wonderful baker, Niki Anderson made the cake. We had a great photographer, Becca , and the flowers were done by the woman who did the flower for my wedding, Parisa Damvandi. Thank you to Carol for letting me borrow plates, and napkins, and mountains of glasses. Thank you to Totally Cooked Catering, for taking the worry off of me(it’s hard for a caterer to let go). The casino workers from Beach Boys entertainment were wonderful. My servers and bartender did a great job. And a HUGE thanks to my husband and friends who put up with me organizing and bouncing ideas off of them! My hubby was wonderful through this, listening to me ramble on about napkin colors, and peacock feathers from Asia! It was a lovely evening and I am so happy my parents enjoyed it!

Very unique website with a ton of good information. Will absolutely be coming back to look at more. It seems like you spend lots of effort into it, and it is apparent. Thanks!!
Thanks! If you have any questions, let me know! It was very fun to plan!
