Angel S’mores
9×5 inch angel food cake loaf, or round angel food cake
½ cup miniature marshmallows
3 TBSP milk chocolate chips
Cut angel food cake into 8 slices. Cit a slit in each slice to form a pocket. Gently place 4-5 marshmallows and 5-6 chocolate chips in each pocket. Press gently to close. Grill 1-2 minutes on low heat grill until cake is golden and marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted. Very good topped with whipped cream. Serves 8.
